What to Know About Payment, Shipping, and Returns at Irwin Naturals

Irwin Naturals accepts HSA/FSA cards through a partnership with Flex, ships free on orders over $49, and backs purchases with a 60-day money-back guarantee. Those three facts cover most pre-purchase questions, but each has conditions worth checking before you order — especially product stock status, since several featured items show as sold out.

Payment Options

The site supports standard checkout plus a health-account option:

• HSA/FSA cards — Irwin Naturals has partnered with Flex so customers can check out with a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account card. Whether a specific supplement qualifies depends on your plan's rules, not the site's, so confirm eligibility with your HSA/FSA administrator before relying on this method.
• Standard payment — the site does not publish a list of accepted credit cards or other payment platforms in the available page content, so treat card acceptance as something to verify at checkout rather than assume.

Shipping

• Free shipping over $49. This is the only shipping threshold stated on the site. Orders below that amount will carry a shipping charge, but the exact rate is not published in the available content — it will appear at checkout.
• No delivery timeframes or international shipping details are stated, so plan around a checkout estimate rather than a promised window.

Returns: 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

The guarantee gives you 60 days to request a refund. Before buying, note two practical points:

1. The site does not spell out in the available content whether the guarantee covers opened products, shipping costs, or sale items. If any of those matter to you, ask customer service before ordering.
2. Keep your order confirmation — you will need proof of purchase to start a claim.

Check Price and Stock Before You Buy

Prices and availability vary by product and size, so verify both on the product page:

"From $21.99" means the price changes with the size or count you select, so the final number only appears after you choose options. "Sold out" items cannot be ordered until restocked — check back or look for a comparable product in the same category.

A Quick Pre-Checkout Checklist

1. Confirm your HSA/FSA card is eligible for the specific product with your plan administrator.
2. Add enough to reach $49 if you want free shipping.
3. Select your size/variant to see the real price.
4. Confirm the item is in stock, not sold out.
5. Save your order confirmation for any 60-day guarantee claim.

If your question is about a specific product's ingredients or whether it fits your health goal, the site's Shop by Category sections (Better Sleep, Brain/Mood & Stress, Cleanse + Detox, Men's Performance, Weight Management) and the CBD product quiz are the fastest ways to narrow down a choice before checkout.
