When and where does AROO hold its monthly meetings?

Updated

The Alfa Romeo Owners of Oregon (AROO) holds its monthly meeting on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Old Spaghetti Factory, 715 S Bancroft St, Portland, OR 97239 (phone: 503-222-5375). There are no monthly meetings in June, July, August, or December, and occasionally a month is skipped when other club events fall too close to the meeting date.

Who can attend

Meetings are open to members and non-members alike. AROO describes itself as welcoming all Alfa Romeo enthusiasts, whether or not they have joined the club. If you are considering membership, attending a meeting first is a low-commitment way to meet the board and other members.

Before you go

  • Check the calendar first. Because the club skips June, July, August, December, and sometimes other months, confirm the current month's meeting on the AROO website calendar rather than assuming it is on.
  • Arrive at 6:30 p.m. That is the stated start time; the venue is a restaurant, so the meeting is an in-person, dine-in setting.
  • Use the address for navigation. 715 S Bancroft St, Portland, OR 97239 is the listed location, with the restaurant's phone number available if you need to confirm directly.

Contacting the club

If you need to reach someone on the AROO Board of Directors rather than just show up, the website provides a contact route for board inquiries. The monthly meeting itself is also a direct way to make contact in person.
