When and where is the SWHL Annual General Meeting?

The Sydney Women's Hockey League Inc (SWHL) lists its 2026 Annual General Meeting for Monday 23 November 2026, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, in the Waratah Room at Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre. The same details appear in two places on swhl.com.au: the Latest news item titled "SWHL 2026 AGM" (dated 21 Oct 2026) and the Upcoming events listing for "SWHL AGM - November."

AGM details at a glance

How to confirm the details before you go

1. Open swhl.com.au.
2. Check the Latest news section for the "SWHL 2026 AGM" item, or the Upcoming events panel on the home page.
3. Select the item to open its Details page and read the full notice.

The home page shows the headline, date and venue; the linked Details page is where any fuller notice would sit. Because the news item was posted on 21 Oct 2026, roughly a month before the meeting, treat the site listing as the current version and re-check it closer to the date in case of changes.

Practical points

• Arrive for a 7:00 pm start. The listing gives a 7:00–8:30 pm window, so plan to be at the venue a little earlier to settle in.
• Find the right room. The meeting is in the Waratah Room within Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre, not elsewhere in the complex, so look for signage for the room on arrival.
• Check the Documents and Resources page. The site has a Documents and Resources section; if an agenda or meeting papers are published, that is the natural place to look alongside the news item.
• Related deadlines may appear in the news feed. The same Latest news list carries items such as team and umpire nominations for the following season, so scan the feed for anything with a date that falls before the AGM.

If you only need the answer: 7:00 pm on Monday 23 November 2026, Waratah Room, Sydney Olympic Park Hockey Centre — and the notice is on the SWHL home page under Latest news and Upcoming events.
