When Was the Last Issue of Bonsai Focus Published?

The final issue of Bonsai Focus was the November/December 2025–6 issue. The publisher, Bonsai Europe Publications, has permanently closed, and this was confirmed in a multilingual notice posted on bonsaifocus.com in English, Dutch, French, German, and Italian.

What the Closure Notice Says

The notice on the magazine's site states four key facts:

• Bonsai Europe Publications is permanently closed.
• November/December 2025–6 was the last issue of Bonsai Focus.
• Subscribers were contacted in November 2025 with a message or email containing a compensation offer.
• Back issues can be viewed online at www.bonsaitoday.com.

The same information appears in each language version, so readers who reach the site in Dutch, French, German, or Italian see the same closure date and the same redirect for past issues.

What This Means If You Were a Subscriber

If you held a subscription, the notice indicates that a compensation offer was sent to you directly by message or email in November 2025. The site does not publish the terms of that offer, so the message you received is the authoritative source for what was proposed and any deadline for responding. If you no longer have that email, check the address you used when subscribing, including spam or promotions folders, before assuming nothing was sent.

Where to Find Past Issues

The closure notice directs readers to www.bonsaitoday.com to view issues of Bonsai Focus online. That link is the only online archive route mentioned on the site; the notice does not describe what range of issues is available there or whether access requires an account. Treat bonsaitoday.com as the starting point and check what it offers directly rather than expecting the original bonsaifocus.com site to host an archive.

Quick Reference

The site still carries a 2022 copyright line and older subscription text about blind cardboard envelopes and delivery times, but that material predates the closure and no longer reflects the magazine's status. For any current need—reading old issues or following up on a subscription—use the closure notice and the bonsaitoday.com link rather than the legacy subscription pages.
