Where Are Water Street Brewery's Locations in Wisconsin?

Water Street Brewery has three Wisconsin locations: Oak Creek, Delafield, and Grafton. Each is a full restaurant and brewpub, so you can visit any of them for food, house-brewed beer, and the same recurring specials. Use the addresses below to pick the branch closest to you or to plan a visit.

Water Street Brewery addresses

All three are in the Milwaukee metro area, which makes it easy to choose based on which side of the city you're on: Oak Creek to the south, Delafield to the west, and Grafton to the north.

What's the same at every location

The core experience carries across all three branches, so your choice mostly comes down to distance:

• Brewmaster's Lunch Break — Tuesday through Thursday, 11am–3pm, at Grafton, Oak Creek, and Delafield.
• Friday Fish Fry — every Friday at all three locations, with cod, perch, or blackened whitefish.
• Brunch — Saturdays 11am–3pm and Sundays 10am–3pm.
• Parties and events — all locations take bookings for special events.

Beer to take home

Six-packs are available for $9.99, including Oktoberfest and Honey Lager Light. These are brewed and canned at the Oak Creek location, so if picking up cans is your main goal, Oak Creek is the relevant branch.

Background worth knowing

Water Street Brewery opened in 1987 and became Milwaukee's first brewpub. Since then it has produced more than 64,000 half-barrels. The group also runs a "Do Good With Food" fundraiser supporting Children's Wisconsin and has donated over $30,000 in the last six years.

Choosing your location

• Closest to downtown Milwaukee / south suburbs: Oak Creek (140 West Town Square Way).
• West suburbs, near I-94: Delafield (3191 Golf Road).
