What You Can Do During a Visit

The site lists several departments and services you can use once you arrive:

  • Sales — new BMW Motorrad inventory, pre-owned inventory, and law enforcement units
  • Service — a certified BMW motorcycle service department, with online scheduling available
  • Parts & Apparel — a parts department, parts requests, and BMW parts and accessories
  • Financing — financing options for a purchase
  • Trade-in and consignment — value your trade or consign a bike

If you want to ride before deciding, the site offers a Schedule a Test Ride option. You can also request a quick quote or check current BMW Motorrad offers and promotions before visiting.

Before You Go

  • Call ahead for service. Scheduling service online is an option, but confirming availability by phone at 972-881-0774 can save you a trip if a slot is not open.
  • Check inventory online first. New, pre-owned, and BMW Motorrad inventory are listed on the site, so you can narrow down what you want to see in person.
  • Note the closed days. The dealership is closed Sunday and Monday, which rules out weekend-afternoon or start-of-week drop-ins.
  • Confirm current offers. Promotional terms, including apparel and accessory discounts tied to a new motorcycle purchase, have specific dates, minimum spend thresholds, and exclusions. Dealer participation may vary, so confirm details with the dealership directly.

Map and Hours Page

The site includes a dedicated Map & Hours page, along with a newsletter signup and an event calendar, if you want directions or updates on dealership events before your visit.
