Where Is Evo France 2026 Taking Place?

Evo France 2026 will be held at Palais des Expositions - Nice Acropolis in Nice, France, from Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11, 2026. The official site also lists an opening date of October 8, so if you're planning travel around the event, treat the 8th as a possible early/arrival day and the 9th–11th as the core event window.

Venue and location at a glance

The site's event page is built around the venue name and dates, and it includes an EVENT MAP section — useful if you want to see how the space is laid out before you go.

What the official site provides for attendees

The Evo France 2026 page is organized around a few practical blocks:

• Event map — a layout reference for the venue.
• Schedule — the Evo France 2026 schedule is published on the site.
• Streams — the page lists a total of 7 streams.
• Bracket information — for following or checking match progress.
• Game rules — per-title rulesets for each featured game.
• FAQs — general questions about the event.

If your main question is simply where the event is, the answer above is enough. If you're deciding whether to attend or compete, the schedule, game rules, and FAQ sections are where the details that affect you will live.

Games confirmed for the event

The rules section names the titles being run, each played on PlayStation 5 with a bring-your-own-controller requirement:

• Street Fighter 6
• Tekken 8
• Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
• Guilty Gear Strive
• Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game

Each game has its own ruleset on the site, covering format (generally double elimination), round and set counts, character-lock rules, and stage selection. For example, Street Fighter 6 uses 2/3 rounds per game and 2/3 games per set, with 3/5 games for Top 8 finals, and bans the Training Room stage and Dynamic control type. Tekken 8 defers to Tekken World Tour rules where there's a conflict.

Practical notes before you plan

• Dates are fixed on the site, but confirm closer to the event — schedules for large tournaments can shift.
• The venue name is specific: Palais des Expositions - Nice Acropolis, not a generic convention center, so use that exact name for maps and travel searches.
• Check the FAQ and event map on evo.gg for attendee-specific details like entry, layout, and logistics, since those aren't fully covered in the rules section.
• Pricing and registration details aren't stated in the material available here, so check the official site directly rather than assuming anything about cost or access.
