Read the instructions before your first login, especially if you are a new student or an international student whose enrolment record may still be settling. The portal is the place to confirm your enrolled courses, check grades and handle the administrative side of the credit system. If a login fails, the practical order is: confirm your faculty office has activated the account, then retry, then contact the faculty's student administration rather than the central web team.
