Where to Buy the Match Tuff EZ-SCORE Portable Tennis Scorekeeper

Updated

You can buy the Match Tuff EZ-SCORE portable tennis scorekeeper directly from the manufacturer's website, matchtuff.com. The site lists two models — the original EZ-SCORE at $30.99 and the newer EZ-SCORE® Plus at $49.99 — and provides "Buy Now" and "Shop Now" buttons that lead to the checkout page at matchtuff.com/checkout/. There is no indication on the site of third-party retailers, so direct purchase is the route the company presents.

The Two Models and What You Get

Model Price What it tracks Notable details
EZ-SCORE® $30.99 Game score The original portable scorekeeper; fits on the tennis net so players can see the score from either side of the court
EZ-SCORE® Plus $49.99 Game score and set score Uses 4 numbers instead of 2; comes in its own nylon carrying case with a Velcro seal that fits in a tennis bag

Both are described as fitting snugly on the tennis net, out of bounds, so play isn't interrupted. The Plus model is the one to choose if you want set scores visible without leaving the court; the original is the lower-cost option if game score alone is enough.

How to Place an Order

  1. Go to matchtuff.com and choose the model you want — the homepage has separate "Buy Now" buttons for the EZ-SCORE and "Shop Now" for the EZ-SCORE® Plus.
  2. Follow the button to the checkout page (matchtuff.com/checkout/).
  3. Complete the purchase there.

The site does not publish shipping rates, delivery times, or return terms in the material available, so confirm those details during checkout before you pay.

Before You Buy: Who It's Made For

The product was invented, patented, and trademarked in 1998 by two ladies tennis club teammates who wanted a scorekeeper for home and away matches. The site positions it for high schools, regular tennis players, and indoor tennis courts. A testimonial from John N., Head Boys Tennis Coach at Hinsdale Central High School, says he bought six more after his first purchase, citing easy setup and takedown, durability, and visibility for spectators from both sides of the court.

If you play or coach organized matches where score disputes come up, or you want spectators and players on both sides to read the score at a glance, this is the use case the product is built around. If you only need an occasional casual score reference, the original $30.99 model covers the basic need.

A Note on the Site

Match Tuff, LLC's site is a single-product storefront: it sells the EZ-SCORE line and includes an About Us section and testimonials. The blog entries visible on the page are dated July 31, 2015, so treat the site as a small manufacturer's page rather than a frequently updated retailer. The purchase path itself — product page to checkout — is straightforward.
