EnglishWhere to Download Cizzuk's Apps
Updated
Cizzuk's apps are distributed through two main channels: individual app pages on cizzuk.net (each with a "Learn more" link leading to details and download access) and an AltStore PAL source for alternative distribution. The site also links to GitHub projects. If you're looking for a specific app, start with its section below; if you want a single entry point for alternative distribution, add the Cizzuk Source to AltStore PAL.
Apps Listed on cizzuk.net
The homepage presents each app with a short description and a "Learn more" link that leads to the app's detail page, where distribution and usage details are provided.
| App | What it does | Where to get it |
|---|---|---|
| Deflector | Runs any shortcut from the Dynamic Island, Apple Watch, or Side Button; works with Automations in the Shortcuts app | "Learn more" link on the Deflector section |
| Side Search | Lets users choose which voice assistant launches from the Side Button (uses Side Button Access, available only on iPhones in Japan); assistant can be powered by Claude, Gemini, web URLs, app URL schemes, or a custom server | "Learn more" link on the Side Search section |
| CBNote | Replaces Camera Control with notes, a clipboard manager, or voice recording; mostly a note app but also a camera app assignable to Camera Control | "Learn more" link on the CBNote section |
| Alare | Alarm app that won't stop until you move your body; powered by AlarmKit, so it doesn't need to stay open overnight | "Learn more" link on the Alare section |
| CSE (Safari extension) | Customizes Safari's default search engine on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS; can switch engines via keywords or update settings using Focus or Shortcuts | "Learn more" link on the Safari Extensions section |
| WebA11Y (Safari extension) | Applies accessibility styles such as bolding text, underlining buttons, and changing fonts | "Learn more" link on the Safari Extensions section |
AltStore PAL Source
Some apps are distributed through AltStore PAL as an alternative to the App Store. The site states that the Cizzuk Source is the first Recommended Source for AltStore PAL from Japan. To use it, add the Cizzuk Source to AltStore PAL — the site provides the entry point on its AltStore PAL Source page.
This channel matters if you want an App Store alternative for apps that are offered there. The site does not state pricing or login requirements for any app, so check each app's detail page before assuming free access.
GitHub Projects
The site's navigation includes a GitHub link alongside Projects, Posts, Notes, and Contact. If you want source code or development updates, the GitHub entry is the place to look. Recent posts on the site also track releases, such as Deflector 1.2 (October 27, 2026), Deflector 1.1 (October 24, 2026), and WebA11Y 3.7 (October 8, 2026), which can help you confirm you have the latest version.
Which Route to Choose
- Want a specific app with the least friction: open its section on cizzuk.net and follow "Learn more."
- Prefer an App Store alternative: add the Cizzuk Source to AltStore PAL.
- Want code or release history: use the GitHub link or check the Posts section for version announcements.
If an app's "Learn more" page doesn't make the download route clear, the AltStore PAL Source page and GitHub are the two other documented entry points on the site.
