Where to Find ENFSI News, Events, and Contact Information

Updated

ENFSI's official website (enfsi.eu) is the primary place to find its news, events, and contact channels. The homepage has a News section for recent activities and working-group meetings, an Events section listing upcoming conferences with dates and host cities, and a Contact Us area with a contact form. The page also embeds a Google Maps placeholder that only loads after you choose to unblock third-party content.

News: recent activities and meeting reports

The News section on the homepage publishes short items on ENFSI activities, typically with a date and a "read more" link. Examples visible on the page include:

  • 23rd FINWG Annual Meeting (Fingerprint Working Group), 7–9 October 2026, Luxembourg
  • ENFHEX and EDEWG Joint Meeting, 29 September – 1 October 2026, Lisbon
  • 27th Fire and Explosion Investigation Expert Working Group Annual Meeting, Malta
  • ENFSI – EUDA cooperation launched (3 September 2026)

A "read all news" link at the end of the section leads to the full news listing. Use this section if you want to track what the network and its working groups have recently done; use the Events section for what is coming up.

Events: upcoming meetings and dates

The Events section lists future meetings with dates and locations, each with a short description and a "read more" link. Entries shown on the page include:

Event Dates Location
APST meeting 2027 (Animal, Plant and Soil Working Groups) 20–23 April 2027 Wiesbaden, Germany
ENFSI Annual Meeting 2027 18–21 May 2027 Zagreb, Croatia
Fire and Explosion Investigation Working Group Annual Meeting 6–9 September 2027 Prague, Czech Republic

Some entries are explicitly framed as "save the date" notices aimed at member representatives and working-group communities, so details may be updated closer to the event. Check the individual event page before making travel arrangements.

Contact: Contact Us and the contact form

The site provides a Contact Us section with a Contact Form. This is the general route for enquiries to the network. The homepage itself does not publish a direct email address or phone number in the visible content, so the form is the practical first step; if your enquiry concerns a specific working group, naming it in your message helps route it appropriately.

A note on the embedded map

The homepage includes a Google Maps embed that is blocked by default. The page states that you are viewing a placeholder and that loading the actual content will share data with third-party providers. To view it, use the on-page option to accept the required service and unblock the content. If you prefer not to share data with third parties, skip the map — the postal and organizational details you need are generally reachable through the Contact Us section instead.

Quick routing guide

  • Looking for recent meeting reports or cooperation news → News section, then "read all news"
  • Planning around a future conference → Events section, then the individual event page
  • Sending a question or request → Contact Us / Contact Form
  • Want the organizational picture (Board, Secretariat, Standing Committees, Working Groups) → the "go to ..." navigation links on the homepage
