Where to Find FSMLabs Product Resources, Support, and Demo Contact Options

Updated

FSMLabs' website organizes everything around its TimeKeeper clock-sync product line. Product and solution pages sit under Products and Solutions; support material, including End User License Agreements, is under Resources and Support; company background is under Company; and demo requests go through Contact or Book a Demo. The sections below describe what each entry point covers so you can go straight to the right one.

Product and solution pages

The Products menu is the starting point for understanding the TimeKeeper lineup. It lists four entries:

Product entry What it covers
Platform The complete solution — all integrated TimeKeeper products in one dashboard
Client Compliance Client-side time-sync compliance
Grandmaster Platform Grandmaster clock capability
Server Solutions Server-side clock sync

The Solutions menu maps TimeKeeper to specific environments: Financial, 5G, IOT, Automation, Broadcast, Cloud, Database, Cybersecurity, Data Center, and Gaming. If your question is "does this fit my industry," start here rather than with the product pages.

The homepage also summarizes the three core components, which is useful if you only need the high-level split:

  • Platform — the integrated dashboard for all TimeKeeper products.
  • Server — a Grandmaster/Boundary clock that uses network timing and GNSS time server appliances as multiple time sources while serving and receiving time over NTP/PTP and other protocols.
  • Client — TimeKeeper Active Client software that synchronizes clocks on Linux, Windows, and Solaris application servers and VMs to multiple sources over the network, for sub-microsecond time-synced applications.

Each summary links to a "Learn more" page with the full description.

Resources, support, and license agreements

The Resources menu contains End User License Agreements and Support. These are the two entries to check before or during a deployment:

  • End User License Agreements — the license terms for TimeKeeper products.
  • Support — the support entry point for existing customers.

The site does not publish pricing on these pages, so cost questions need to go through the contact route described below.

Company information

The Company menu covers Timeline, Technology, Customers, Patents, Partners, Careers, News, and Blog. Two of these are worth noting for evaluation purposes:

  • Customers — the homepage states TimeKeeper is trusted by the largest banks in the US and Europe and the world's largest stock exchanges, and includes named quotes from KOR Group LLC, KCG, and Sanjay Navgale.
  • Patents and Technology — background on the underlying approach if you need to assess technical differentiation.

Contact and booking a demo

Contact and Book a Demo are the direct routes for sales conversations, pricing questions, and scheduling a product walkthrough. The homepage's "Learn more" call-to-action leads into the same product material, so the demo request is the practical next step once you have reviewed the product and solution pages.
