Where to Find Polymaker Certifications, Safety Data Sheets, and Technical Data Sheets
Updated
Polymaker hosts all three document types on its wiki at wiki.polymaker.com, each behind its own link. Certifications and declarations, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are listed as separate entries in the wiki's FAQ, so you can go straight to the document type you need rather than searching the site. This applies whether you're verifying compliance for a workplace, checking material properties before a print, or handling a product issue.
The Three Document Types and What They Cover
| Document | What it is for | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|
| Certifications and Declarations | Compliance and regulatory paperwork for Polymaker products | Dedicated link in the wiki FAQ |
| Safety Data Sheets (SDS) | Safety and handling information for each material | Dedicated link in the wiki FAQ |
| Technical Data Sheets (TDS) | Material properties and technical specifications | Dedicated link in the wiki FAQ |
The wiki presents these as three distinct destinations, so if you need, for example, a TDS to check a filament's mechanical properties, you don't have to go through the certifications page first.
How to Reach Them
- Go to wiki.polymaker.com.
- Open the FAQ section ("Polymaker Wiki FAQ").
- Find the question "Where can I find your certifications and documents?" — the answer links to Certifications and Declarations, SDS, and TDS separately.
- Click the link for the document type you need.
The wiki also notes that the full documentation index is available via its llms.txt file, and that the page can be viewed as Markdown — useful if you want to scan the index rather than click through the FAQ.
If You Can't Find What You Need
The wiki's own FAQ points to additional routes when a document or profile isn't where you expect it:
- Printer profiles: use the Filament Preset Downloader, or browse current and legacy slicer profiles. Polymaker notes it is difficult to maintain a full profile list for every material, printer, and slicer combination, and suggests its Discord community as a fallback.
- Missing profile: submit a profile request.
- Print tips: basic print tips for all products are collected in one place on the wiki.
- Product issues: contact [email protected] with your order information, a full description of the problem, and a photo of the batch number (on the spool) or serial number (under the dryer dock). Polymaker states it will troubleshoot or replace.
A Faster Option: The Wiki's AI Assistant
The wiki includes an AI chatbot ("Ask" icon at the top of the page) that is trained on the wiki's contents. You can ask it directly which document applies to your material or situation, or have it point you to the right link — helpful if you're not sure whether you need an SDS or a TDS.
