Shot Scope's site puts support, account access, and app links in the top navigation: Product Support and Customer Care for help, Dashboard Login for your account and performance data, and iOS Watch App / Mobile App for the companion software. All of these are reachable from the main menu on shotscope.com, alongside the online shop for accessories and e-vouchers.
Support and customer care
Two separate help entries appear in the site's support menu:
- Product Support — product-level help for devices such as the V5 GPS Watch, G6 GPS Watch, X5 Track Watch, H50 and H4 GPS Handhelds, CONNEX tags, and the PRO series laser rangefinders (PRO L2, PRO L5, PRO X, PRO ZR, PRO LX, PRO LX+).
- Customer Care — order, account, and general service questions.
The site also lists a Coaching Platform entry under its account-related menu, which is where coaches access player data rather than where individual golfers manage their own accounts.
Dashboard login
Dashboard Login is the entry point for your Shot Scope account and the data behind features the site describes as Shot Scope 6, Strokes Gained, Track your game, Course Analysis, and Traditional Statistics. If you have already paired a watch or tags and synced rounds, this is where that performance data is reviewed. Log in from the top navigation rather than through the shop pages.
Mobile and watch apps
The site links two app destinations:

Shop, accessories, and e-vouchers
Purchasing runs through the online shop, organized into Laser Rangefinders, GPS Handhelds, Launch Monitors, GPS Watches, Shot Tracking, Accessories, and e-Vouchers, with a SALE section and a Shop all products view. Product pages such as the PRO L2, PRO LX+, PRO L5, PRO X, PRO ZR, and PRO LX rangefinders include a Quick Buy path that goes straight to checkout. The cart shows a $0.00 starting total; prices are shown on individual product pages, so confirm the current price there rather than assuming a figure.
A practical order of operations
- New device? Start with Product Support for setup guidance on your specific model.
- Already playing? Go to Dashboard Login to review rounds and statistics.
- Need the app? Use the iOS Watch App or Mobile App link from the menu.
- Order or delivery question? Use Customer Care.
- Buying something new? Browse the shop category pages, or use Quick Buy on a product page if you already know the model.
One caution: the menu labels are the reliable anchors here. The site's navigation is dense and repeats categories in several places, so if a link seems to lead somewhere unexpected, return to the top-level menu and pick the named entry rather than following a secondary link.
