Where to Find Stomp Records News and Band Updates

Updated

Stomp Records posts label and band news in the Latest News section of stomprecords.com, and you can have updates sent to you by joining the mailing list at the bottom of the site. Both are free to browse or sign up for; no account or login is mentioned on the site.

The Latest News Section

The Latest News area is the main place for announcements about new songs, videos, and releases. Each item shows a date, a short headline, and a one-line summary, with a Read More link to the full post.

As of the site's current content, the most recent entries are:

Date Headline What it covers
September 23, 2026 New K-Man Video - Demon days A new K-Man video for "Demon Days," animated by Caity Hall
August 07, 2026 NEW WINE LIPS SONG & VID A new song and video for "If You Don't Know"
July 10, 2026 New Doghouse Rose! A new song and video for "It Gets Worse"

A View All News link sits below these entries if you want to scroll further back through older posts.

New Releases Alongside the News

News posts often tie to releases, and the New Releases section lists them with catalog numbers and a Listen Now link:

  • Bad Waitress — In The Hollow (STMP210)
  • K-man & The 45s — Heed The Call (STMP212)
  • Wine Lips — TV Dinner (STMP211)
  • Doghouse Rose — Born To Break Even (STMP205)

The homepage also features a Featured Band slot. It currently highlights The Planet Smashers and their album On The Dancefloor, noted as coming August 22, with a Read More link for the full item.

Getting Updates Sent to You

At the bottom of the homepage there is a mailing list signup: enter your email address in the field and select Submit. That is the site's own channel for receiving label and band news without checking back manually.

Following Individual Bands

The site's navigation includes a Bands section, which is the place to look for a specific act's page. News posts name the band in the headline (for example, K-Man, Wine Lips, Doghouse Rose), so you can match an announcement to the artist you follow and then use the Bands section for more on that act.

Practical Notes

  • Check the date on each post. The news items carry specific dates, so you can tell how recent an announcement is before clicking through.
  • Use View All News for history. The homepage shows only the newest few items; older announcements sit behind that link.
  • Expect video and song announcements as the main news type. The current entries are all release or video news rather than tour or label-business updates.
  • The site is available in French as well as English, via the language toggle in the navigation, if you prefer to read updates in French.
