Where to Find the Ross Motorsports Events Calendar and Venue Details

The events calendar is on the Ross & District Motor Sports Club website, rossmotorsports.co.uk. It lists each event by date and time, with the venue, event type and organizer in the same entry. Two venues appear in the listings: Ross Live Stock Centre, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7QQ, and Ross Motor Club, 25 Kyrle Street, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7DB.

What the calendar shows

Each calendar entry follows the same pattern, so you can confirm the practical details before travelling:

• Date and time, such as 7 November, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
• Venue name and full address
• Event type, for example Autotest or NavEx
• Organizer, listed as Ross & District Motor Sports
• Links to regulations and an entry form where provided

The calendar is organised by month. At the time of the site information, October 2026 showed no events, with listings beginning in November 2026.

Venues and what happens there

The Tarmac Autotest series runs 4–5 tests for £18 entry, and the listing states that all types of vehicles can be entered. These events are held at Ross Cattle Market.

The 12 Car NavEx is held on public roads for a maximum of 12 cars. A driver and navigator solve navigational clues to find the correct route. Events run in the evening over about 50 miles and last about 3 hours, and the listing says virtually any standard car is suitable.

Checking an event before you go

1. Open the calendar on rossmotorsports.co.uk and find the month you need.
2. Select the event to see its time, venue and event type.
3. Use the regulations and entry form links in the entry if you plan to compete.
4. Confirm the venue address against the entry: Autotests are at the Livestock Centre, while NavEx meetings are based at the club address on Kyrle Street.

The club also lists other activities on its site, including the Bluebell Run touring assembly, Car Trials and Historic Tours, so the calendar is the place to check which of these have dates scheduled.
