Where to Find Upcoming Illinois Youth Soccer Events and Tournaments

Updated

Upcoming Illinois Youth Soccer events are listed on the organization's homepage under the "Upcoming Events" section, which shows dates, times, locations, and tags for each entry. From that section you can also use the "View All →" link to see the full calendar, or subscribe via RSS or iCal to get updates automatically.

What the homepage event list shows

Each event entry on the homepage includes:

  • Date and time (in CDT or CST, depending on the season)
  • Event name
  • Location (for in-person events)
  • Tags that indicate the event type, such as "Coaching Education" or "Cup Games"

The list is a preview — it does not show every event. Use "View All →" for the complete schedule.

How to see all events and subscribe

  1. Go to the "Upcoming Events" section on the homepage.
  2. Click View All → to open the full event calendar.
  3. To get automatic updates, use the RSS or iCal links next to the event list. RSS works in a feed reader; iCal works in calendar apps like Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

Other event-related links on the homepage

The homepage also links to:

  • Sanctioned Tournaments — for tournaments approved by Illinois Youth Soccer
  • Spring 2027 Cup Registration — registration is currently open
  • Recreational Soccer Registration
  • Illinois Olympic Development Program
  • US Center for SafeSport

These links lead to program-specific pages rather than the general event calendar, so check them if you are looking for registration deadlines or program details rather than a schedule of dates.

Does the homepage show every event? No — it shows a preview. Use "View All →" for the complete list.

How do I know what type of event something is? Look at the tag next to the entry. "Cup Games" and "Coaching Education" are two examples shown on the homepage.

Can I get notified about new events? Yes, through the RSS or iCal subscription links in the Upcoming Events section.
