Where to Find Upcoming LSUA Athletics Events on lsuagenerals.com

Updated

Upcoming LSUA athletics events are listed in the Events section of the lsuagenerals.com homepage. The site separates Events from Schedule and Results: use Events for upcoming activities and their dates, and use Schedule/Results for team game listings and past scores. The homepage navigation includes Main, Top Stories, Schedule and Social Items, Events, and Content Stream, so you can reach the Events listing directly from the main page.

Events vs. Schedule and Results

The site presents these as separate sections, and they answer different questions:

Section What it is for When to use it
Events Upcoming activities listed on the homepage Checking what is coming up and when
Schedule Team game schedules Finding a specific team's game dates
Results Completed game outcomes Looking up scores after games

If you only want to know what is happening soon, start with Events. If you need one team's full season slate, go to Schedule. If you are checking how a game ended, go to Results.

How to Find Dates and Locations for Upcoming Activities

  1. Open lsuagenerals.com.
  2. In the homepage navigation, select Events.
  3. Review the listed upcoming activities and note the date shown for each.
  4. For a specific team's games, cross-check the Schedule section, since Events covers broader upcoming activities rather than full team schedules.

The homepage excerpt confirms the Events section exists alongside Schedule, Results, and Composite Content Stream, but it does not spell out every field shown in each event entry. Treat the date as the reliable detail to confirm first, and verify location details on the specific event or team page rather than assuming them from the homepage listing.

Common Sticking Points

  • Looking for a game in Events: Team game dates live under Schedule. Events is the broader upcoming-activity list.
  • Looking for a score in Events: Completed outcomes are under Results.
  • Assuming every event is a home game: The homepage listing does not establish venue for each entry, so confirm location on the event or team page.
  • Ticket purchases: The site links to a separate checkout page for at least one event (Shrimp Jam tickets). Ticket buying is handled outside the Events listing itself, so follow the ticket link rather than expecting purchase options inside the Events section.

Quick Answer

Go to lsuagenerals.com → Events for upcoming LSUA athletics activities. Use Schedule for team game dates and Results for completed scores. For ticket purchases, follow the separate ticket checkout link rather than the Events listing.
