Where to Get Help with Project Fika
Updated
Ask in the Project Fika Discord server. The wiki's home page directs all support questions there and states that the same server covers both SPT and Fika. It also explicitly says not to contact SPT for anything related to Fika.

Why the Discord Is the Right First Stop
Fika is an SPT mod for co-op play in Escape from Tarkov — quests, item sharing, and fights against PMCs, Scavs, and bosses. Because problems usually sit at the intersection of SPT, the mod, and each player's network setup, the wiki points to one shared server rather than splitting support. The home page repeats the warning about contacting SPT, so keep Fika-specific issues out of SPT's support channels.
Before You Post
- Check the FAQ and Guides page linked from the wiki home page — it is the intended first resource for common questions.
- If your issue is about installing Fika, start from the GET STARTED link on the home page.
- If players cannot connect to each other, read the NAT Punching page first; if you run a dedicated setup, read the headless client page.
- If you changed settings, compare against the Configure Fika page.
- Then ask in the Discord with what you tried and what happened.
One Rule Worth Knowing
The wiki's license section (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) prohibits monetizing your server through payments or donations and prohibits hosting massive public servers — Fika is meant for co-op with friends. Support requests that drift toward running a large public server fall outside what the project intends, so frame questions around friend-group co-op.
