Where Yuba Owners Find Bike Registration, Support, and Dealer Contacts

Updated

Yuba's site puts owner tasks in three separate places: Register Your Bike for warranty-style product registration, Support and Contact us for help with a bike you already own, and Find a dealer / Become a dealer for two different dealer-related needs. Use the table below to jump to the right one, then follow the steps for that task.

What you need Where it lives on yubabikes.com Who it's for
Register a new bike Register Your Bike (linked in the main menu and footer) Owners of a newly purchased Yuba

Register Your Bike

Registration is the first thing to do after a purchase, because it ties your bike to you in Yuba's records.

  1. Open yubabikes.com and select Register Your Bike from the menu or footer.
  2. Enter your bike's details and your contact information in the registration form.
  3. Submit and keep any confirmation you receive.

Expected result: your bike is recorded with Yuba, which is the reference point if you later need support or warranty help. Common snag: have your frame number and proof of purchase handy before you start — registration forms of this type usually ask for them, and stopping midway means re-entering everything.

Support and Contact

The Support entry in the main menu is the starting point for owner questions; Contact us is the direct channel when the support pages don't answer your question. The site also publishes practical owner content — for example, a guide on how to secure your stuff on a cargo bike and a piece on turning Monkey Bars into a cargo space — which is worth checking before you write in, since accessory setup questions are often already covered.

Use Contact us for: order or delivery questions, missing or damaged parts, warranty claims, and anything the support pages leave unclear. Include your bike model (for example Spicy Curry, Mundo, Boda Boda, Kombi, FastRack, or Supercargo), your frame number, and photos where relevant — that shortens the back-and-forth.

Find a Dealer vs. Become a Dealer

These two links sit near each other but serve opposite audiences:

  • Find a dealer (under "Try a Yuba") is for customers. Yuba sells through a reseller network, and the site explicitly asks buyers to "trust our reseller network" — so this is where you locate a shop to see a bike in person, test ride it, and buy. The site also offers a Try in shop path and a How to buy a Yuba? page that explains the purchase route.
  • Become a dealer is for bike shops that want to stock Yuba. If you're a customer, you never need this page.

A practical sequence for a new buyer: read How to buy a Yuba?, use Find a dealer to pick a shop, test ride, buy, then Register Your Bike and keep the Support page bookmarked.

Other Owner-Relevant Pages

The menu also links Spare-parts (searchable alongside Bikes and Add-ons), the Blog, Our Mission, and Sustainability — the last covering a project with Plak giving plastic caps a second life. None of these replace registration or support, but spare-parts search is the fastest route when you know the component you need.

One note on shipping: the site advertises free shipping with any cargo bike purchase. That applies to buying a bike, not to spare parts or add-on orders, so confirm shipping terms with your dealer at checkout.
