Which CRMs and tools does PortifyLead integrate with?
Updated
PortifyLead saves LinkedIn contacts directly to Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Capsule, and Google Sheets. If your team already works in one of those systems, you can capture a profile on LinkedIn and push it to that destination without copying fields or switching tabs. The integration list is the deciding factor here: if your CRM isn't one of the six, PortifyLead won't fit your stack as described.
Confirmed integrations
The site lists these destinations under "Saves to the CRM you already use":
| Tool | Type |
|---|---|
| Salesforce | CRM |
| HubSpot | CRM |
| Pipedrive | CRM |
| Zoho CRM | CRM |
| Capsule | CRM |
| Google Sheets | Spreadsheet |
Five are dedicated CRMs; Google Sheets covers teams tracking opportunities in spreadsheets rather than a CRM. The save destination is whichever of these you already use — PortifyLead doesn't replace your CRM, it writes into it.
How the save works
- Capture — Find someone on LinkedIn, open PortifyLead, and click Capture. No prior conversation is required to save contact details.
- Optional brief — If you've had a conversation, click AI Sales Brief to turn it into a summary of the prospect's needs. You review and edit before saving. Without a conversation, you save the contact without AI insights.
- Save — The contact goes directly to your CRM. PortifyLead checks for an existing contact during the save to help avoid duplicates, then offers a follow-up action where supported.
The page shows a Salesforce example: after confirming, the contact saves as a Lead, an existing lead is updated rather than duplicated, and an optional follow-up task can be created with a due date. Each action is its own confirmation point.
What to check before committing
- Plan and account availability. The site advertises a free plan with no card required, but it doesn't state whether every integration is available on every plan. Confirm the specific CRM you need is supported on the plan you'd use.
- Follow-up features vary. The page says follow-up actions are available "where supported," so task creation and calendar behavior may differ by destination. Test your own CRM rather than assuming parity.
- Duplicate detection is save-time. It runs when you save, so it helps against re-creating contacts but isn't a full deduplication or data-cleanup tool.
If your CRM is on the list, the integration question is settled and the next step is verifying plan-level access on the pricing page. If it isn't, PortifyLead as described won't connect to your system.
