Who Are the CU Sparrows Officers for the 2026-2027 Season?

Updated

For the 2026-2027 season, the CU Sparrows page lists three officers: James Milburn (Jesus) as Men's Captain, Katie Parry (Trinity Hall) as Women's Captain, and Keshav Kedia (Caius) as Secretary. These are the season contacts published on cu-sparrows.net, each with a Cambridge email address.

Season Officers and Contact Details

Role Name College Email
Men's Captain James Milburn Jesus [email protected]
Women's Captain Katie Parry Trinity Hall [email protected]
Secretary Keshav Kedia Caius [email protected]

The page presents these names under the heading "SEASON 2026-2027," so they should be treated as the current season's listed contacts rather than permanent club officers.

What the Site Is

cu-sparrows.net is the site of the Cambridge University Rugby Fives Club and of the Sparrows, former members of that Club. In other words, it serves both the current club and its alumni group. The same page also lists two fixed dates for 2027:

  • Past versus Present 2027: Saturday, 13th February 2027, at Cambridge University Sports Centre (New Portugal Place) and Pembroke College
  • Varsity Match 2027: Saturday, 20th February 2027, at St Paul's School

How to Use These Contacts

  • Current players: Contact the relevant captain (Men's or Women's) for team matters.
  • General or administrative enquiries: Contact the Secretary.
  • Alumni and Past versus Present: The Sparrows side of the site covers former members; the fixture date above is the relevant event to note.

The page does not state response times or any restrictions on contacting these officers, so treat the emails as the published channel and allow reasonable time for a reply.
