Who Led Vortex Ultimate in the 2021-2022 Season?

Vortex Ultimate, the women's ultimate team at St. Olaf College, was captained in the 2021-2022 season by three players: Anna Mulhern '22, Elsa Anderson '22, and Carolina Schuster '23. This comes from the team's own site, which has a section titled "Introducing 2021-2022 leadership!"

The 2021-2022 Captains

Two of the three captains were seniors that season, with Schuster returning the following year as a junior.

Where This Information Comes From

The leadership announcement appears on the team's home page at vortexultimate.weebly.com, under the heading "Introducing 2021-2022 leadership!" The site also links to an About Us page, a Contact page, a Social Media page, and a 2022-2023 Roster, so if you're looking for current leadership or a more recent roster, those sections are the next places to check.

Why the Leadership Info Matters

Captains are typically the main point of contact for a college club team — they handle scheduling, recruitment questions, and coordination with other programs. If you're trying to reach Vortex about a game, a tournament, or joining the team, the named captains are a reasonable starting point, though the site's Contact page is the more direct route.

A Note on Timing

The 2021-2022 leadership listing is a snapshot from that specific season. Since Schuster was class of '23, the captain group would have changed for 2022-2023 and beyond. For the most up-to-date leadership, check the team's roster and social media pages rather than relying on the older announcement.
