Before you assume the launcher is broken, also rule out two unrelated problems — a missing account (which starts the demo version, not a download) and a non-official download source.
The most likely cause: blocked download servers
PineconeMC states directly that if your game is not downloading, or downloading is stuck at some random percentage, your country or ISP may block the needed download servers. That is a network-level block between you and the files, not a launcher bug.
What to do: Try using a VPN, then restart the download. If the percentage starts moving again, the block was the cause.
What to expect: The download should resume from where it stalled, or restart cleanly, once traffic can reach the servers.
Rule out an account problem first
A stalled download and a demo-version launch look similar but have different causes. PineconeMC's FAQ answers "Why does it launch the demo version?" with: you have to create a new account — either an Ely.by account or an offline one.
So if the game does download but only opens in demo mode, the problem is your account setup, not the download servers. Create an Ely.by or offline account in the launcher and try again.
Confirm you downloaded PineconeMC from an official source

It also notes you can review and build the launcher's source code yourself.
