How to Get Tickets or Contact the Connecticut Repertory Theatre Box Office
Updated
To reach Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT), call the box office at 860-486-2113 or email [email protected]. To get tickets for a specific show, open that production's "About & Tickets" link on the CRT website. CRT also offers Flex Passes for discounts and flexibility, with a separate "About & Purchase Flex Passes" link on the home page.
Contacting the Box Office
CRT lists one box office contact channel set on its site:
| Method | Detail |
|---|---|
| Phone | 860-486-2113 |
| [email protected] |
The site does not publish box office hours, an in-person window schedule, or a separate ticketing phone line, so use the phone or email above and confirm details directly with the box office.
Getting Tickets for a Specific Show
Each production on the CRT home page has its own "About & Tickets" link. That is the entry point for show information and ticket purchase for that title.
- Go to the CRT website (connecticutrep.uconn.edu).
- Find the show you want in the season list.
- Select its "About & Tickets" link.
- Follow the ticket options on that production page.
The site does not state which ticketing platform processes orders, whether online purchase is required, or what fees apply. Treat the production page as the starting point and confirm availability and pricing there or with the box office.

Flex Passes
CRT describes Flex Passes as offering "discounts and flexibility." The home page links to an "About & Purchase Flex Passes" page for details and purchase. The site does not publish Flex Pass pricing, the number of tickets included, eligible performances, or expiration rules, so check the Flex Pass page or ask the box office before buying if those terms matter to you.
Staying Updated
CRT invites visitors to join its email list to "stay in the know" about productions and announcements. The signup is on the home page. This is useful if you want season or on-sale notices rather than checking the site repeatedly.
What CRT Is
Connecticut Repertory Theatre is the producing arm of the University of Connecticut's Department of Dramatic Arts. It produces under a year-round contract with the Actors' Equity Association and serves as a cultural center for Connecticut and the New England region. Productions are directed and designed by, and cast with, visiting professional artists—including Equity actors, faculty, and student artists—on the belief that collaboration between professionals and students creates a distinctive learning environment.
