Where to Find Past Glyphs, Stats, and Challenge Features on Glyph
Updated
Glyph's extra features live behind a few labeled buttons rather than a single menu. Play Past Glyphs reopens earlier puzzles, Stats and the Glyph Passport hold your win rate, rank, streaks, and Golden Glyphs, Create-a-Glyph Challenge Mode lets you build a puzzle for a friend, and Achievements and Guild standings appear in the interface as you play. All of these are reachable from the main game screen at glyph.today.
Play Past Glyphs: Revisiting Earlier Puzzles
Select Play Past Glyphs to open a list of previous daily puzzles. This is the entry point if you missed a day, want to re-solve an old Glyph, or are working back through the archive.
One thing to keep in mind: your stats reflect your first attempt at each Glyph. Replaying an old puzzle won't change the record you already set on it, so treat past Glyphs as practice or catch-up rather than a way to rewrite your history.
Stats and the Glyph Passport
Open Stats to see your performance summary. The panel tracks:
| Field | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Win Rate | Percentage of Glyphs solved |
| Golden Glyphs ✨ | Count of puzzles solved on your first decode attempt |
| Highest Rank 🔰 | Your best rank reached |
| Longest Streak 🔥 | Your longest run of consecutive solves |
The Glyph Passport sits alongside Stats and collects the same progress in one place. A Golden Glyph is awarded specifically for solving a puzzle on your first decode attempt, so it rewards accuracy over persistence.
Ranks and Streaks
Ranks progress as you play — the interface shows your current rank (for example, Novice) and a countdown to the next one, such as "Decoder in 3 days." Streaks count consecutive days solved and feed into your longest-streak record. Both are visible from the Stats view.
Create-a-Glyph Challenge Mode
Create-a-Glyph Challenge Mode lets you build your own Glyph and send it to a friend to crack. Look for the Create a Challenge option near the daily puzzle. This is the feature to use if you want to test someone else rather than solve a puzzle yourself.
Achievements and Guild Standings
Achievements unlock as you hit milestones and appear as pop-ups during play. Guild standings show a leaderboard-style ranking and are surfaced in the interface — the "🏆 Guild standings" label appears in the solved state of a puzzle.
Accounts, Stats, and Cross-Device Play
By default your stats exist only on the device you play on. Creating a free account changes that:
- Stats persist across new phones and browsers.
- Play on any device — start on your phone, finish on your laptop.
- Streaks are protected from being lost when you switch devices.
The important catch: sign up on the device you play on most. Your existing stats transfer automatically at sign-up, but only from that device. If you create the account somewhere else, the history on your main device won't come with it.
