Which Pinball Machine Brands Does Pinball Medics Carry?

Updated

Pinball Medics names Stern and Jersey Jack among the brands it sells, and its site says new machines from those and other manufacturers are available coast-to-coast in Canada with local service. The site does not publish a complete brand list, so treat "Stern, Jersey Jack & More" as the confirmed starting point and ask about any specific title before you plan a purchase.

What the site confirms

Detail What Pinball Medics states
Brands named Stern, Jersey Jack
Other brands Referenced only as "& More" — no names given
Machine condition Brand new
Availability Coast-to-coast through Pinball Medics + Player One Amusement Group
Service Local service included with new machine purchases

The brand names appear in a homepage heading about new machines. The same page promotes new machines from Stern, Jersey Jack and other makers with local service. No model-level inventory, pricing, or per-brand pages are shown in the available material.

What this means if you're shopping

  • Stern and Jersey Jack are safe assumptions. These are the two manufacturers the site explicitly connects to its new-machine offering.
  • "& More" is not a list. If you want a specific title from another maker, confirm it directly rather than assuming it's stocked.
  • Local service is part of the pitch. For a large purchase like a pinball machine, the included local service is worth asking about in detail — what it covers, how response works in your region, and whether it applies outside major centres.
  • Coast-to-coast availability is a distribution claim, not a stock guarantee. It describes reach through the Player One Amusement Group partnership, not that every model is on hand.

Practical checks before buying

  1. Name the exact title and manufacturer you want and ask whether it can be sourced.
  2. Ask what "local service" includes for your postal code — who performs it and what response time to expect.
  3. Confirm current lead times. A site notice says parts orders are shipping again after a backlog, which suggests fulfillment capacity has been under strain; ask about machine timelines separately.
  4. Check the tariff note. The site states that Canada-U.S. tariffs do not affect pinball machines and parts, which is relevant to cross-border pricing expectations.

Bottom line

Pinball Medics carries new Stern and Jersey Jack machines, plus additional brands it does not name publicly, with coast-to-coast Canadian availability and local service attached to new purchases. For any brand beyond Stern and Jersey Jack, verify availability directly before committing.
