The Osaka Metropolitan University temporary notice site (公立大学法人大阪 臨時お知らせサイト) is a stopgap information page the university runs while its main websites are down. Its own notice states that a large-scale system failure has taken the regular university sites offline, and that this site will carry announcements from Osaka Metropolitan University, the affiliated national college of technology (kōsen) and the university hospital until the official sites are restored.
