nwfall.org

The official Northwest Forsyth American Little League site is nwfall.org. Use it to register players, check age eligibility, find the league calendar, review weather updates, and reach volunteer and sponsorship contacts. Registration, account login, and most league resources are accessed through the site's Team Central section, so families should expect to create or sign in to an account before registering.

What the Official Site Covers

NWFALL's site is organized around the practical needs of families and volunteers during a season:

• Programs: Baseball, Softball, Challengers, Tee-Ball, and All-Stars
• Registration: Season sign-ups, account login, and the league calendar
• Eligibility: Separate baseball and softball age charts, plus a player eligibility page
• Documents: Forms and documents, a player equipment guide, and a complex map
• Operations: Safety information, inclement weather updates, and an umpire program
• Getting involved: Volunteer, sponsorship and donation, and Board of Directors pages

The homepage also carries league news, such as evaluation dates and registration windows, so check the news items alongside the Quick Links when planning a season.

Registration: What to Expect

Registration is handled through the site's account system. The homepage notes that you can register once you have logged in to your account, and that registration closes on a published date each season. Past announcements also show an early-bird discount per player before a set deadline, so the cost of registering early has historically been lower than registering later in the window.

A practical sequence:

1. Open nwfall.org and go to Registration (or log in through Team Central).
2. Create an account or sign in.
3. Complete registration for the appropriate program: baseball, softball, tee-ball, or Challengers.
4. Confirm the season's closing date and any evaluation dates on the league calendar or news feed.
5. Check the age chart for your child's program before finalizing the division.

Because dates and discounts change each season, treat any specific deadline you see in older news posts as historical and confirm the current one on the registration page.

Age Charts and Player Eligibility

NWFALL publishes separate Baseball Age Chart and Softball Age Chart links, along with a Player Eligibility page under About Us. Use the chart for the sport your child will play, since league age rules differ between baseball and softball. The eligibility page covers residency and other participation requirements; review it before registering if you are new to the league or have moved.

Evaluations, Calendar, and Weather

• Evaluations: The league schedules player evaluations, typically at the NWFALL complex at 1400 Runabout Rd, Pfafftown, with volunteers directing families to the correct field. Evaluation dates appear in the news feed and on the calendar.
• League calendar: The Quick Links calendar is the central place to check upcoming dates.
• Inclement weather: A dedicated weather updates page is linked from the homepage; check it before heading to the complex on questionable days.
• Complex map: Use the map link to find fields and facilities.

Equipment, Forms, and Safety

The Player Equipment Guide is linked prominently from the homepage and Quick Links, and is the first place to check what gear a player needs. Forms & Documents collects the paperwork families and volunteers may need, and the Safety page covers the league's safety information.

Volunteers, Sponsors, and Umpires

NWFALL relies on volunteers and publishes clear entry points:

• Volunteer: The Volunteer page covers ways to help during the season.
• Sponsorship & Donation: For businesses and supporters.
• Umpires: The site has posted "Umpires Needed" notices along with training sessions, such as field umpire training, two-man crew fundamentals, and plate umpire training. If you are interested, start with the Umpire Program page.
• Board of Directors: Contact information for league leadership is listed under About Us.
